Return & Exchange Policy

At Southern Gem Fine Jewelry, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and beauty of every piece we offer. We want you to feel delighted with your purchase, and if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are pleased to provide a return option within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

To begin a return, please contact us at southerngeminfo@gmail.com. 

• Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions for sending your piece back.

• Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

• All returns are carefully inspected before credit is issued.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit, allowing you to select another piece that speaks to you from our collection.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from the store credit total.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for return, jewelry must be unworn, in pristine condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, certificates, and documentation.

Final Sale Items

The following are ineligible for return or exchange:

• Custom designs

• Special orders

• Gift cards

• Sale or promotional items

• Pieces marked as Final Sale

Damages & Concerns

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. Should your jewelry arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately so that we may resolve the matter with care.

Exchanges

Once your return is approved and processed as store credit, you may make a new purchase using that credit toward the item of your choice.
